Job summary

Turner Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Programme Advisory division, focusing on Change & Transformation. You will shape and deliver change programmes, leveraging hands-on delivery and strong consulting skills to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

You will contribute across the lifecycle, from diagnostics to operating model design and business change activity, helping clients realise tangible transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or demonstrated consulting skillset.
• Track record delivering tangible results on change projects using change methodologies.
• Experience in programme and project management within complex change environments.
• Experience in operating model design and implementation.
• Experience managing stakeholders within large and complex organisations.
• Experience designing and facilitating client workshops.
• Experience delivering high‑quality change and transformation deliverables within tight timelines.
• Experience leading solution development for a change and transformation project.
• Experience in organisational design and development.
• Experience developing client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Change management qualifications (e.g., MSP, APMG Change Management, Prosci) favourable.
• Experience across sectors: infrastructure, rail, utilities, healthcare, defence, natural resources, real estate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business change strategies and engagement plans with high-quality client deliverables.
• Lead or support stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, complexity assessments and readiness reviews.
• Design, facilitate and run client workshops and presentations.
• Manage delivery plans, risks, issues, and reporting to ensure successful commission outcomes.
• Build and develop relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Contribute to bid proposals and transformation product development.
• Support Programme Advisory team’s internal improvements and methodologies.
