Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Programme Advisory division, delivering change and transformation programmes with senior stakeholders. You will shape strategies, design operating models and lead or support client workshops to embed new ways of working.

As a hands-on consultant, you will drive diagnostic reviews, develop engagement plans and ensure delivery of high-quality change artefacts across public and private sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more consulting capabilities at a practitioner level.
• Proven track record delivering tangible results through change and transformation methods.
• Programme and project management experience in complex environments with multiple workstreams.
• Experience in operating model design and implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management in large organisations and ability to facilitate workshops.
• Experience delivering high-quality change deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Experience leading solution development for transformation projects.
• Experience in organisational design and development.
• Experience cultivating client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
• Change management qualifications (MSP, Prosci, etc.) are advantageous.
• Experience across infrastructure, rail, utilities, healthcare, defence, natural resources, and real estate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business change strategies, engagement plans and client deliverables.
• Lead or support stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments and readiness reviews.
• Design, facilitate and run client workshops and presentations.
• Manage delivery plans, risks and reporting to ensure successful outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Contribute to bid proposals and internal transformation product development.
• Support Programme Advisory team in improving internal ways of working.
