Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Programme Advisory division in the UK. You will shape and deliver business change and transformation programmes, working closely with senior stakeholders to embed new ways of working.

You will lead and support diagnostics, operating models, and change initiatives across public and private sectors, with on-site presence 2–3 days per week, contributing to accumulation of proactive, practical outcomes for major programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or similar environments.
• Proven track record delivering tangible change outcomes.
• Programme and project management experience in complex settings.
• Operating Model design and implementation experience.
• Stakeholder management in large organisations, up to executive level.
• Ability to design and facilitate client workshops.
• Delivery of change and transformation deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Experience leading solution development for change projects.
• Experience in organisational design and development.
• Business development and client relationship skills.
• Change management qualifications (e.g., MSP, APMG, Prosci) are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business change strategies and client deliverables.
• Lead or support stakeholder mapping, impact assessments and readiness reviews.
• Design, facilitate and run client workshops and presentations.
• Manage delivery plans, risks, issues and reporting to support commissions.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to bids.
• Support the Programme Advisory team in developing transformation products.
