Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the UK seeks a Senior Consultant in Change & Transformation within the Programme Advisory division. You will shape and deliver major change programmes, working with senior stakeholders and enterprise teams to turn strategy into actionable delivery.

The role emphasizes diagnostic reviews, operating model design, transformation delivery, and embedding new ways of working across public and private sectors, including oversight of client workshops and bid support.

Qualifications

Experience in consulting or internal consultancy with change and transformation delivery.
Proven results in change projects using formal methodologies.
Programme and project management experience in complex environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver business change strategies, engagement plans and high quality client deliverables
Lead or support stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, complexity assessments and readiness reviews
Design, facilitate and run client workshops and presentations
Manage delivery plans, risks, issues, and reporting to ensure successful commission outcomes
Build relationships with client stakeholders
Contribute to bid proposals
Support internal transformation product development and ways of working
