Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Programme Advisory division. You will shape and deliver change and transformation programmes, working across strategy, operating models and benefits realisation.

The role requires hands-on delivery, senior stakeholder engagement and the ability to drive tangible outcomes. Based in the UK, the client-facing role calls for strong consulting skills, a pro-active mindset and the ability to work across multiple workstreams while building

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver business change strategies, engagement plans and high quality client deliverables.
Lead or support stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, complexity assessments and readiness reviews.
Design, facilitate and run client workshops and presentations.
Manage delivery plans, risks, issues, and reporting to ensure successful outcomes.
Build and develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
Contribute towards the preparation of bid proposals.
Support internal activities within the Programme Advisory team, including transformation products and methodologies.
