AsaSchoolCaretaker,you’llexperiencedfacilitiesprofessionalwhosupervisesworkacrosstheschoolwithbothexternalandinternalcontractors.Youwillhavekeyholderresponsibilitiesandwillbeexpectedto:

• Communicateeffectivelywiththefacilitiesteamtoensureprojectsarecompletedontime
• Carryoutday-to-daymaintenanceandminorrepairs
• Ensurethebuildingandgroundsaresecurewhennotinuse
• Openthebuildinginthemorningandlockitattheendoftheday
• Ensureheating,lightingandalarmsystemsarecheckedregularlytoensuretheyareoperational
• Takeresponsibilityfororderingequipmentrelevanttoyourrole
