A leading care home group is seeking a Senior Care & Support Assistant to work at the residential care home in Abbotsham, Bideford. This role involves supporting Care Assistants, delivering person-centred care, and fostering independence among residents. The ideal candidate will have completed or be working towards NVQ3 in Health & Social Care. Benefits include a Blue Light Shopping Discount Card and industry-based qualifications.
Senior Care & Support Assistant (Days)
Location: Abbotsham Bideford - EX39 5BE
Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour
Required: You’ll have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care.
Hours: 21.00 hrs to 07.00am (alternate weekends off)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Care & Support Assistant to join the TEAM at Kenwith Castle, our residential care home set in 30 acres of stunning North Devon Countryside at Abbotsham, Bideford.

You’ll have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
With your previous care experience you will have the knowledge and understanding of care planning and administering medication.
