Qualifications

• Completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care.
• Prepared to work towards Level 3 qualification in Adult Care or equivalent.
• Excellent record keeping and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement personalized care plans for residents.
• Lead a team of Care Assistants to maintain high care standards.
• Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in care activities.

Skills

Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care

Experience in person centered care planning

Knowledge of caring for people with dementia

Strong communication skills

Ability to manage time effectively

Education

Level 3 qualification in Adult Care or equivalent
