Overview

We are seeking caring, flexible and communicative care professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents, support care planning, contribute ideas for social activities, and assist in training and supervising junior colleagues in line with Akari values. Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents and assist with observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs.

  • Create and maintain an environment that feels like residents’ personal homes, respecting each individual’s needs.
  • Work alongside other care team members to support residents whether you are an experienced carer or starting a career in care.
