This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility in their working hours while still making a meaningful impact. You will lead care staff during night shifts, ensuring that residents receive high‑quality, person‑centred care in a respectful and safe setting.
NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (minimum)
Previous experience in a care environment, ideally in a supervisory role
A compassionate and professional approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Deliver high‑quality care and support to residents during the night
Supervise and support care staff during your shift
Administer medication and maintain accurate records
Keep care plans up to date and aligned with residents’ needs
Uphold the dignity, privacy, and preferences of all residents
Liaise effectively with families, colleagues, and external professionals
Situated in the heart of March, Cambridgeshire, Wendreth Court Care Home stands as a sanctuary of comfort and well‑being. This modern facility offers 54 ensuite bedrooms spread across two inviting floors. Our comprehensive care services encompass dementia care, residential care, respite care, and end‑of‑life care, catering to a diverse range of needs.
