Location: Thornton Hall & Lodge Care Home - 16 - 18 Tanhouse Road, Crosby, Thornton, Liverpool, Merseyside, L23 1UB

Salary: £13.80 per hour

Schedule/Hours: Full & Part-time available – Night Shift

Responsibilities
  • Leading and supporting the care team to deliver high-quality care
  • Administering medication safely and accurately
  • Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and updating care records
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals and families
  • Supporting residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities
  • Ensuring the home remains clean, safe, and welcoming
  • Promoting dignity, independence, and choice for every resident
  • Participating in audits, inspections, and team meetings
Qualifications
  • Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
  • Experienced in elderly care or dementia support
  • A confident leader with strong supervisory skills
