Aria Healthcare is a leading provider of senior care services in Taunton, Somerset. They are seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support both residents and staff in their everyday lives. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys taking a leadership role and encouraging development and growth within their team.

Main Duties of the Job

As a Senior Care Assistant at Frethey House, a 41‑bed Residential & Nursing Home with a “Good” CQC rating and a 9.5 rating on Carehome.co.uk, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality care and support to the residents. This full‑time, 48‑hour per week role requires working alternate weekends, with day shifts from 8am to 8pm. Compensation: £13.30 per hour. Benefits include a Blue Light Discount Card, holiday and days out discounts, long‑service awards, and a recognition programme.
