You’ll support residents with all aspects of daily living, providing both emotional and practical care while promoting dignity, independence, and happiness.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Care (essential)
• NVQ Level 3 in Care (desirable)
• Previous care experience (essential)
• Previous Senior Care experience (desirable)

Training & Support

You will be given a thorough induction into your role via one of our experienced mentors, while receiving both online and face‑to‑face training during this time and throughout your career at Adept Care.

Our dedicated Training Manager and Dementia Manager are happy to arrange or support with any additional training you feel you may need to ensure you are supported in reaching your full potential while fulfilling your career ambitions.

Pay & Hours

• Pay £13.91 Per Hour
• 33 - 44 hours per week
• 3 - 4 Shifts a week
• Day Shifts 07:00 - 19:00
• Alternate Weekend Working Required
