A leading care provider in Leicester is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to deliver personalized care and lead a care team. The role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing compassionate care. As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Plan and implement care that gives residents security, dignity and independence. Be a positive influence on the care team. Provide personalised care, including helping with mobility, meals for residents at the end of life, and communicating with families by phone or in person, always with kindness at the forefront.
