Job summary

Agincare Group, Hazlemere Lodge Care Home in High Wycombe, seeks compassionate professionals to deliver person-centred care and medication administration daily. You will support residents with personal care and independence, contribute to care plans, and assist with activities and engagement within a friendly, team-minded setting.

Experience in a senior or team leader role is desirable, but not essential. The role offers career development, funded training up to QCF Level 5, and an on-demand pay
