Job summary

Agincare’s The Croft Care Home in Amersham seeks a senior care professional to deliver and lead person-centred care. You’ll support residents with dignity and independence, including medication administration, while guiding a caring team. The role is 36 hours per week with alternate weekends, offering a fulfilling, home-like environment.

We provide strong development paths up to QCF Level 5, a pension, on-demand pay, and a refer-a-friend scheme as part of a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• Senior experience is essential and leadership qualities are required.
• Experience administering medication is essential.
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.

We’re Looking For

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
• Must hold a Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
• This position is working 36 hours per week, to include alternate weekends
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities
• Experience as a senior is essential
• Experience administering medication is essential.
