Job summary

Agincare Fulford Care Home is seeking a dedicated care professional to deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care for residents in a home-like setting in Littlehampton, England. The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and compassionate support on a 42-hour week schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.
• Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Contribute to and review care plans.
• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement.

We’re Looking For
