Job summary

Agincare seeks a caring, capable professional for Hazlemere Lodge Care Home in High Wycombe. The role focuses on delivering person-centred care, assisting residents with dignity and independence, and administering medications safely.

You will contribute to care plans, lead activities, and support teammates, including occasional weekends. Minimum 12 months’ UK work rights and Level 2 Health & Social Care (or Level 3) are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
• Experience with medication administration is essential.
• Leadership abilities and ability to guide a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.

We’re Looking For

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
• 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities
• Experience in a senior or team leader role is desirable, but not essential
• Experience with medication administration is essential
