Job summary

Agincare is seeking an experienced care professional to join Hazlemere Lodge Care Home in High Wycombe. You will deliver person-centred care, support independence, and lead a small team to maintain a warm, comfortable home for residents.

The role requires medication administration experience, 42 hours per week with alternate weekends, and Right to Work in the UK. We offer £13.46 per hour, funded training to QCF Level 5, pension, and an refer-a-friend scheme.

We’re looking for:

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
• 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities
• Experience in a senior or team leader role is desirable, but not essential
• Experience with medication administration is essential
