Job summary

Agincare is hiring at Norton Lees Care Home in Sheffield for a dedicated care professional. You will deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with dignity, independence and medication administration.

The role includes leading activities and coordinating care plans within a caring team. We offer £13.46 per hour, 42 hours weekly, including alternate weekends, with funded training up to QCF Level 5 and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.

• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Contribute to and review care plans.
