Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking an experienced care professional to join our Weston-super-Mare care home. You will deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care, support residents with personal care and independence, and administer medication safely.

You will contribute to care plans, lead activities, and guide team members. We offer progression, funded training up to QCF Level 5, a pension, on-demand pay, and a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in care roles with senior responsibilities.
• Leadership qualities and team mentoring.
• Right to work in the UK (minimum 12 months).
