Agincare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Waterloo Care Home in Dorset. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, support residents with daily living, and lead activities and engagement. The role requires leadership, compassion, and a calm, confident team presence.
The position is 42 hours per week, 8am–8pm with alternate weekends. Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK and Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3) are required; on-site training and progression
