Job summary

A leading financial services company is seeking an experienced actuary to manage the capital submissions of Lloyd’s syndicates in London or Malta. The role requires a qualified actuary with extensive non-life experience and strong managerial skills. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with deadlines for various models and collaborate closely with the Risk Management Team. This permanent role offers a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified actuary with a recognised actuarial body.
• 8-10 years’ experience as a capital actuary preferred.
• 3 years' managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce capital submissions for Lloyd’s syndicates.
• Manage design and build of capital models for new Syndicates.
• Ensure deadlines are met for LCR, LSM, Standard Formula, and IMO.
• Work with Risk Management Team on validation of Internal Model.
• Assist in production of the ORSA report.
