A leading engineering firm in the UK seeks a Technical Leader for nuclear defence projects. You will oversee technical teams, produce documentation, and solve complex problems. Candidates should have relevant engineering qualifications and strong leadership skills. Are you good at leading and developing others while managing multiple projects and tasks to meet changing demands and find the best solution? Do you enjoy solving complex problems and stepping outside your comfort zone?
You'll enjoy working with clients, colleagues and various stakeholders, simplifying concepts so that they can easily understand them and learn from your experience. You'll be a good communicator, proactive in liaising with clients to identify their needs and new opportunities for you and your team to support. You'll take ownership for the delivery of your work and your team and will be dependable, delivering on your commitments. Youll be a natural at reviewing and producing high quality technical documentation while meeting delivery and cost requirements.
This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting nuclear defence projects. This is an opportunity for you to take another step in your career as a Technical Leader.
