Our client is one of the fastest-growing enterprise commerce platforms in the world, seeking an exceptional Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the UK.

Over the last two years, they have established themselves as a major player in the B2C enterprise commerce market, powering prestigious UK retailers and high-profile brands.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) responsible for identifying and qualifying high-value leads, leading outbound prospecting efforts, and engaging potential customers to guide them towards suitable products or services, often contributing to sales strategy development.

Key responsibilities of a Senior BDR
  1. Advanced Lead Generation: Prospect potential customers through channels like cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn, focusing on high-quality leads.
  2. Lead Qualification: Understand prospect needs, budget, decision-making authority, and timeline to identify sales-ready opportunities.
  3. Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to campaign planning, lead generation tactics, and outreach sequences.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing to align efforts and generate qualified leads.
Requirements
  1. Significant base salary plus commission
  2. Industry Knowledge: 1-3 years in a BDR/SDR or related sales role
  3. Experience in a SaaS company
  4. Proven success in lead generation, KPI achievement, and revenue growth
  5. Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Outreach.io)
  6. Industry: Digital/eCommerce preferred
  7. Experience speaking with senior UK executives
  8. Skill in multi-touch email and LinkedIn campaigns
  9. Experience at industry events and networking
  10. Strong sales acumen and passion for sales career
  11. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  12. Additional sales certifications are a plus
  13. Work 3 days/week in London office
