Role Overview:

As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities, identifying and nurturing leads, and supporting sales objectives. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a robust pipeline and driving growth in the UK and Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking to establish a strong pipeline in the UK and Netherlands.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand industry trends, identify potential clients, and tailor outreach strategies effectively.
  • Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement effective engagement strategies that leverage the company's value proposition to address specific client needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on target accounts, refine messaging, and share market feedback insights.
  • Performance Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification, contributing to the company's overall sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development Representative or similar role, preferably within the e-commerce or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
