Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Business Development Representative to play a key role in driving pipeline growth and market expansion across the UK. This is a strategic lead generation role working directly with the UK Managing Director to uncover new opportunities and set the stage for high-value enterprise deals.

This role is ideal for someone looking to quickly grow into an Account Executive position. You’ll gain deep exposure to executive sales strategy, enterprise buying cycles, and high-level customer engagement—fast-tracking your career in enterprise tech sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically identify, research, and engage new enterprise prospects through outbound efforts.
  • Qualify leads and book meetings on behalf of the UK Managing Director and senior sales leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to refine territory strategies and align outreach with enterprise-level objectives.
  • Maintain an organised pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups to maximise conversion rates.
  • Conduct pre-call research to tailor outreach and briefing notes for executive meetings.
  • Build a strong understanding of enterprise IT challenges, digital workspace trends, and buyer personas.
  • Work hand-in-hand with marketing to optimise campaigns, messaging, and engagement strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or inside sales role—preferably in B2B tech or software.
  • Excellent communication skills—confident, articulate, and professional when engaging C-level executives.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated with a proactive mindset and hunger to grow into a full quota-carrying sales role.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand complex sales cycles and buyer journeys.
  • Experience with CRM systems and outreach tools.
