Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive the growth of our client base. As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying potential customers for our Treasury Management System. You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to build a strong sales pipeline and educate prospects on the value our TMS brings to their treasury and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting (email, calls, social outreach) to identify and engage finance and treasury professionals.
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and route them to appropriate Account Executives.
Understand client pain points related to treasury functions such as cash forecasting, bank reconciliation, liquidity management, and compliance.
Communicate the value proposition of our TMS to CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors.
Schedule discovery calls and demos for the Sales team.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and lead nurturing.
Stay current on industry trends and competitor solutions in treasury and fintech.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
1 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or B2B tech.
Understanding of corporate finance, accounting, cash flow, or treasury functions is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Experience with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, SalesLoft).
