We’re recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager to join BMS Performance in Manchester.
The Senior Business Development Manager will be tasked with forging new recruitment partnerships with companies that meet a clearly defined ideal customer profile – this means you’ll be focusing your time on businesses that have been well researched and are worth prospecting! Using an incredible suite of technology along with your own expertise, you’ll execute a targeted BD strategy with a focus on quality rather than volume to engage a range of stakeholders such as Sales Managers, Sales Directors, HR, C-Suite and Founders to long term recruitment partnerships.
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for the full sales cycle including retaining and growing relationships. A large base of prospect accounts will be assigned to you to get stuck into and you’ll benefit from regular inbound leads too. This is a dynamic, fast paced and rewarding role that also offers a huge amount of scope for personal and professional development for the right individual.
