About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Business Development Managers to lead sales efforts for our service lines in 2025. We are looking for talent with a background in selling our QA, Localization, and Audio services. Operating fully remotely from Europe, you will be a key member of our Global Business Development team, driving strategic sales initiatives and cultivating strong client relationships. Your expertise will be essential in expanding our service offerings and fostering long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Service Line division, Client Partners, and Business Development Representatives to identify and target high-potential clients for Localization, QA, and Audio services.
  • Design and implement sales strategies tailored to prospective clients, driving growth and market expansion.
  • Partner with the Globalize Solutions Architecture team to qualify leads, ensure alignment with business goals, and manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide exceptional client support by managing expectations in partnership with the Globalize Solutions team and Portfolio Directors, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry trade conferences, providing strategic support and expertise to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Follow the company's sales methodology, produce reports, and track key metrics to inform decisions.
  • Support account management efforts, build strong client relationships, and contribute to strategic review meetings for long-term success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling services in the gaming industry or related fields.
  • Successful management of client relationships.
  • Experience with Language AI or testing automation solutions is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with central functions and support divisional growth.
  • Experience working with Solutions Architecture teams and representing service suites.
