Job summary

ScottishPower, Hamilton International Technology Park, Blantyre, is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to drive data-driven change across the business. You will lead analysis of data related to public safety, monitor metrics, and work with CoE and Prepayment teams to deliver improvements that boost operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in a Mathematical or Science related subject as foundation.
• Experience analysing and mining data with numerate and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and PowerBI to create reports and insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence data-driven change across the business.
• Analyse data related to public safety legislation, and monitor and transform raw data.
• Identify and manage system improvements with CoE and Prepayment teams to drive operational excellence.
• Track and monitor KPIs, extracting actionable insights from internal and external data.
• Ensure the customer is at the heart of every change and its impact on experience.
