Job summary

ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join its Centre of Excellence in Glasgow. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, operations and customer experience, turning ideas into measurable outcomes and shaping product direction from concept through delivery.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across functions, manage Agile delivery, and use Jira to drive change that improves customer journeys and operational processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, product ownership or similar roles.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels.
• Agile delivery experience and ability to translate vision into delivery.
