Job summary

ScottishPower Energy Retail Limited in Glasgow is seeking a Business Process Expert to help define and improve retail processes, optimise customer experience and support end-to-end operation. The role blends data and technology to identify issues, analyse performance and deliver continuous improvements in partnership with Customer, Operations and IT teams.

You will develop basic automations, build dashboards in Power BI, and use tools like Excel and SQL to turn data into insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, engineering or data.
• Experience in data analysis, operations or process improvement.
• Exposure to structured operational environments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Desirable understanding of the UK Energy Retail market.
• Experience with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI) and basic SQL.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the definition and improvement of retail business processes.
• Analyzing operational issues and identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Developing process improvements and basic automations to increase efficiency.
• Creating and maintaining reporting and dashboards to support insights.
