ScottishPower is seeking a Data Scientist to lead the Customer Service data team, delivering accurate reporting, insights and evidence-based recommendations that drive performance and better customer outcomes.

The role involves designing dashboards, ensuring governance and partnering with senior stakeholders to translate data into action, with hybrid work options and a strong emphasis on data culture and improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior data, reporting, BI or insight role with people, project or workstream management.
• Expert Excel skills and dashboards/reporting solutions using Tableau/Power BI.
• Experience querying and transforming data with SQL/Power Query, R or Python.

Responsibilities

• Manage Customer Service data team, set priorities and deliver timely reporting and insights.
• Design and develop dashboards, scorecards and KPI reporting for performance visibility.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders and regulatory reporting.
