Job summary

Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks is seeking a Business Analyst on a fixed-term basis through October 2027. The role supports the Bridge Programme with responsibilities spanning change management, data analysis and governance frameworks.

Base locations include Reading, Portsmouth, Perth or Glasgow, with flexible first options and full-time hours. You will work closely with the Business Design and Change Lead, employing qualitative and quantitative analysis to ensure successful delivery,

Qualifications

Experience in project or change management.
Knowledge of electricity network operations and UK DNO regulatory environment is beneficial.
Excellent presentation and spreadsheet skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop and use the Business Change Framework and support project methodology.
Support organisational design activities and implement continuous improvements.
Build strong relationships and communicate effectively to support business change, maintaining positive communication channels and support business performance.
Analyse data to ensure programs stay on track for cost and benefit targets.
Liaise with third party contractors ensuring information flow meets GDPR requirements.
