ScottishPower is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen operational governance, ensure robust delivery of business-critical systems, and support AI-enabled solutions. You will work across business, technology and supplier teams to create scalable processes that underpin our customers and operations.
You will coordinate go-live readiness, improve incident and change management, monitor controls, and support audits.
Qualifications
- Experience in business analysis and governance across complex tech and business environments.
- Knowledge of process controls, change management and service operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management across business, tech and supplier groups.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate go-live readiness activities for key applications and services.
- Strengthen incident and change management processes with strong governance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and monitor control effectiveness.
