ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen operational governance and support the delivery of critical systems in a hybrid Glasgow-based role.

You will work across business, technology and supplier teams to enable robust processes, manage risks, and implement enhancements including AI-enabled solutions. A strong focus on incident and change governance will be key.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, IT service management disciplines and Agile delivery approaches.
• Exposure to AI-enabled solutions and emerging technology governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate go-live readiness activities across key applications and services.
• Strengthen incident and change governance, ensuring risks and controls are understood.
