Scottish Water is seeking a Performance Analyst to monitor, analyse and report on business performance and KPIs. You will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights to support informed decision-making across the business.

You will develop management information, dashboards and data models using Power BI and other tools, partnering with stakeholders to define reporting needs and ensure timely, accurate reporting. The role also focuses on data quality and process automation.

Qualifications

• Experience with large datasets to deliver insights.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL and Excel.
• Ability to present findings to varied audiences.
