Qualifications

Associate & Senior Associate Building Surveyor's Role

You'll focus on delivering professional Building Surveying services across a variety of key sectors. Instructions will include dilapidations, landlord and tenant advice, reinstatement cost assessments, and contract administration.

You will be encouraged to take full ownership of your projects from start to finish – managing client relationships, leading negotiations, and overseeing the commercial success of your instructions. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and play an active role in driving the growth and quality of service delivery within the team.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to make a significant impact within a thriving consultancy, with the autonomy to carve out your own specialism while being supported every step of the way.

Qualifications and Attributes
