Within the building Consultancy team they offer a full range of Building Surveying services with the balance of work being more focused on project work / contract administration. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor looking for an opportunity to progress and looking for good variety in workload. The successful candidate will ideally have a background in private practice or consultancy and with experience in project management / contract administration. The role would include delivering a variety of surveys, some drawing work, writing specification and preparing scopes of work as well as project management of the job to completion.
