Job summary

A growing safety management firm is seeking a Building Safety Team Leader to join its team. This hybrid role requires a good understanding of Building and Fire Safety strategies and the ability to lead a motivated team necessary for ensuring health and safety in customer environments. The successful candidate will conduct monthly visits to high-risk buildings, requiring travel across various operating regions, and must possess health and safety and Fire Door Inspection qualifications.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of Building and Fire Safety strategy/systems within social housing.
• Ability to lead a highly motivated team.
• Experience of Risk and Compliance Management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure onsite presence in Higher Risk Buildings.
• Support the Building Safety Manager with health and safety assurance.
• Liaise with the Servicing Compliance Team for monitoring checks.
