This role is hybrid, requiring attendance at the Head Office and Studio in Greater Manchester.
As our Senior Brand Marketing Executive, you will join our ever‑growing marketing team and work alongside Brand Marketing Executives to lead the planning, execution of strategy, and relationships with our lead, global, third‑party brand partners.
The Brand Team is part of the wider Marketing Department. We are the glue that binds together the relationship between external third‑party brands and Footasylum. We work closely with multiple departments including Creative, Social, Buying, Merchandising, E‑commerce and Retail.
The Brand team is dynamic and exciting, with each day being different. Within the wider marketing team includes retail marketing, own brands, artwork, women’s and Footasylum multi‑brand campaigns. You will work with a Brand Marketing Executive and report directly into the Head of Marketing.
We are looking for someone who embodies the Footasylum values – Collaboration, Communication & Challenge. You will be an expert in UK culture and a brand fanatic. You will drive forward the vital brand relationships & run go‑to‑market strategies for some of the biggest launches in the business. Along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to multitask and manage multiple projects at once. Very good knowledge of UK culture (music, gaming, internet, etc) and very good knowledge of fashion culture and Footasylum consumer.
We are one of the leading omnichannel retailers across the UK, but more than that we are a brilliant place to work. We value you and your development. We have many examples of people moving upwards, across to other departments and receiving training to excel their personal and professional skills. Our aim is to create a fun environment, where your success is paramount to ours and you are given the right tools, support and platform to achieve your goals.
We recognise and value the importance of diversity to help ensure we have lots of different perspectives when building services to customers and the wider business. Diversity for us is also, importantly, about building happy teams full of people who want to learn and be inspired by each other’s different experiences and backgrounds.
We review applications on an individual basis, and if we feel you would be a good fit we’ll invite you for a call or Teams video for an informal chat about the role, and to see if we’re a good fit for you.
We value open and honest conversations and collaboration, giving you a chance to learn about what we are doing in an informal and friendly environment. We want to know about you and why you feel that this is the opportunity for you.
Please note, this is not a remote role, and our expectation is that you will be able to attend Head Office and Studio in a hybrid way, in Greater Manchester.
