Stratstone BMW Chesterfield is seeking a Senior Bodyshop Advisor who will deliver outstanding customer service and drive repair bookings at our Chesterfield dealership. You’ll greet customers, assess needs, communicate repair timelines and coordinate work orders to ensure timely completion.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience in automotive retail, excellent organisation, and comfort with computer systems, plus sales skills to upsell value products while maintaining service

Formación

• Background in customer service and an interest in the automotive industry.
• Flawless organisation skills and confidence with computer systems.
• Experience in sales with ability to maintain service levels while meeting KPIs.
• Dedication to providing incredible service and making customers happy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and communicating repair requirements and timelines.
• Schedule appointments, manage work orders, and ensure repairs are completed on time.
• Advise on a recommended course of action to customers, and accurately invoice for any work carried out.
• Keep customers informed of extras, accessories and value products, while maximising upsell opportunities.
