Job summary

Lookers Stoke BMW is recruiting a Senior Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team. You will book MOTs and services, advise on warranty cover, upsell parts, and coordinate with the Aftersales department to schedule work based on workload and call volumes.

You will manage a high volume of customer inquiries daily, communicate turnaround times clearly, and keep customer records up to date while maintaining excellent service standards. Experience with Kerridge/ADP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to explain technical information clearly

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories
• Liaising with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload
• Managing a high-volume of customer inquiries daily by phone and online
• Informing customers of turnaround times and updating them on workshop progress
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating bookings in the systems
