A leading BMS service provider in Greater London is seeking a skilled BMS Senior Service Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role involves planned maintenance, diagnosing faults, and providing top-level customer support, ensuring optimal system performance. Candidates should have hands-on experience in BMS, preferably with Tridium or Trend systems, and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in BMS, ideally with Tridium or Trend systems.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients.
• A valid UK driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance and system health checks on BMS and building controls.
• Diagnose faults, implement fixes, and ensure optimal system performance.
• Deliver top-level customer support, responding swiftly to service requests and breakdowns.
• Maintain clear records of work completed, including maintenance reports and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with a knowledgeable team while also being confident working independently.
