Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our UK team. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary group to deliver projects from small to large scale, ensuring BIM standards are met and processes are optimised.

You will mentor colleagues, drive ISO 19650 compliance, and manage CDE usage across national and international projects, including Defence, industrial, and technology sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading project delivery in a BIM environment.
• Familiarity with implementing BIM accreditation/certification (ISO 19650).
• Experience establishing and managing ISO 19650–compliant processes on projects.
• Ability to train and support team members in BIM processes, protocols, and tools.
• Capable of delivering work on time and within budget with minimal supervision.
• Experience in BIM coordination and management, including running coordination workshops.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective working relationships with the Project Manager and client for progress updates and issue resolution.
• Manage BIM processes using the necessary tools on large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Contribute to BIM policy and strategy development and ensure policy compliance within the team.
• Support the BIM Lead in information management, QA, and process optimization.
