Reporting into the Head of Bidding, the Senior Bid Manager will lead large and complex bids within our Rail division, coordinating and managing multi-disciplinary bid teams (consisting of SME's, Bid Writers and Commercial Leads) to develop compelling written and financial submissions, whilst supporting Business Development Managers in the development of price-to-win.

This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to be in our Warwick HQ one day per week.

What you'll do
  • Work closely with the Sales team, Subject Matter Experts and Technical and Commercial leads within Telent to develop compelling written and financial responses.
  • The end to end management & production of timely, high quality and ultimately successful bids in keeping with Telent's bid procedures. This will include :
  • producing material from Go / No Go stage through to deal review, bid submission & win / loss reviews

Developing bid winning strategies in partnership with the opportunity owner & business heads.

Post bid submission support including coordinating responses to clarifications and following up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on the bid outcome.
