A global leader in financial services is seeking a knowledgeable professional for an initially 4-month benefits role with potential extension. As a key member of the benefits team, you will manage UK and EU benefits programs, ensuring compliance and supporting organizational wellbeing initiatives. This fully remote position requires significant experience in benefits, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

You will join an initially 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
This role requires someone highly knowledgeable in UK benefits; knowledge of EU benefits is beneficial but not required.
This role involves being a central point of contact for daily operations of UK and EU benefits programs, contributing to strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans within timelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and consultants, and working with data to analyze and develop offerings.
You must have at least 4 years of experience in a benefits role, the ability to work autonomously, a suitable work-from-home setup, and your own IT equipment (minimum a laptop).
This role requires a DBS check, which will be reimbursed.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours. This is a fully remote role.
