Job Description:

The One Group has an exciting opportunity within a benefits team for a global company leader in the financial services industry.

This is initially a 4-month contract with potential for extension.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UK benefits, with beneficial but not essential knowledge of EU benefits.

Responsibilities include managing daily UK and EU benefits operations, contributing to strategic benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and analyzing data to develop offerings.

Requirements include at least 4 years of experience in a benefits role, ability to work independently, a suitable home workspace, and own IT equipment (laptop minimum). A DBS check will be conducted and reimbursed.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote role.
