The One Group has an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company that is a leader in the financial services industry.
You will join an initially 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
This role requires someone highly knowledgeable in UK benefits; knowledge of EU benefits is beneficial but not mandatory.
The responsibilities include being a central point of contact for daily operations of UK and EU benefits programs, contributing to strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans within timelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and consultants to ensure policy adherence, and working with data to analyze and develop offerings.
Requirements include at least 4 years of experience in a benefits role, the ability to work autonomously, a suitable work-from-home space, and personal IT equipment (minimum a laptop).
A DBS check is required and will be reimbursed.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote role.
